The means is up to you, but it should be a mixture of  media types.

For simpler tasks, don't be afraid to use something like wordle.

For more sophisticated pieces a more sophisticated means is required.

However,
It can be a video, a voice recording, a poem, a mind-map, a presi, a powerpoint


It must contain,

• what was done
• how it was done
• what the intention of the activity
• a brief narrative of the activity over its time frame
• what went well
• what could have gone better
• conclusion
